America's stir-fry is absolutely the best collection of hard to get multicultural books I have ever seen. We had so few books in our school library to meet the needs of the 30 ethnic groups we serve. Many of these books have text in both English and the country of origin. It instills pride in students to see that their languages are respected and their culture is represented in literature. I highly recommend Ms. Bell's selections to anyone wanting to properly stock their library with diverse multicultural literature of high quality. These books have greatly increased the service of our library to both English speaking and bilingual students.
